The vagus nerve activates the body’s relaxation response and helps regulate stress. Named after the Latin word for “wandering,” the vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body.
How To Use: Dispense Vagus Nerve Oil into your hands and rub together. Cup hands to your nose and inhale deeply. Lightly massage in a circular motion along both sides of your neck. Gently rub behind your earlobes.
