How much does the Lunya Membership cost?
The Lunya Membership is $150 USD per year. This annual subscription unlocks all membership benefits and automatically renews each year on your original purchase date.
Are there any exclusions with the Lunya Membership?
Yes, exclusions do apply. Membership orders cannot be combined with other discounts and exclude sale items, kits, bundles, third-party items, gift cards, and gift boxes. U.S. only. Membership is Final Sale and cannot be purchased with a discount. Email tied to membership is fixed. Non-transferable.
When does my Lunya Membership subscription renew?
The Lunya Membership is an annual subscription that auto-renews on the date of purchase.
I live outside the United States. Am I eligible for The Lunya Membership?
Yes! International customers are eligible for all benefits, except free ground shipping and free returns.
Can I ship to addresses other than my own?
Yes. You can use your Lunya Membership to place orders and have them sent to a gift recipient’s address or an alternate address.

Can I use my Lunya Membership on sale items?
No, membership discounts cannot be applied to sale items, including kits and bundles.
Can I return my Lunya Membership?
No. The Lunya Membership is final sale.
How can I manage my subscription to the Lunya Membership
Lunya members can manage their subscription at any time by logging into their customer account. From there, you can choose to skip, pause, or cancel your annual subscription.
Please note: skipping, pausing, or canceling only affects your subscription’s auto-renewal. These actions do not immediately remove your membership benefits.
Skip: Skips your next scheduled auto-renewal.
Example: If you purchased your membership on 02/28/2025 and choose to skip, your subscription will not auto-renew on 02/28/2026. It will resume annual renewals the following year.
Pause: Puts your auto-renewal on hold indefinitely until you choose to resume.
Cancel: Stops all future auto-renewals.
Members who skip, pause, or cancel their subscription retain full access to benefits for the remainder of their active membership term (up to one year from their last renewal).
Are there any exclusions to the membership discount?
Yes. The membership discount cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to sale items, kits, bundles, third-party products, gift cards, or gift boxes.
The Lunya Membership itself is final sale and cannot be purchased using a discount. Memberships are non-transferable, and the email address associated with the membership cannot be changed.
