Refund policy

Returns:
Lunya accepts returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of your ship date. We've made it simple for you to initiate an online return by visiting https://returns.lunya.co/#/. There is a $7.00 fee for returns which is deducted from your refund.  All exchange orders are shipped for free.

Non-returnable items:
Underwear, Gift Cards, & Final Sale Items

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and has undergone inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will be issued in the method of payment- please allow a few days for the credit to process through your bank.
