This Giving Tuesday, Lunya is partnering with Every Mother Counts to provide sleepwear to deserving women. For every product purchased Tuesday, December 1st, Lunya will give a piece of sleepwear to an Every Mother Counts grantee or program partner in the US.
What is Every Mother Counts?
Every Mother Counts is an organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe respectful and equitable for every mother, everywhere.
Every two minutes, a woman dies from complications of pregnancy and childbirth—a total of more than 800 preventable deaths each day around the world. Almost all global maternal deaths can be prevented by ensuring women have timely access to quality, respectful and equitable maternity care. Addressing additional risk factors such as social determinants and supporting evidence-based programs are also critical.

Working with local partners in underserved and under resourced communities, Every Mother Counts helps deliver high-impact, low-cost solutions to improve maternal health outcomes. They engage communities to advocate for systems change and elevate the voices of the care providers and women at the center of this work.
